Job summary

Unison is seeking a Store Manager at the Birkenhead Point Outlet Store to lead a small team and deliver an elevated customer experience. You will drive a customer-focused culture, mentor up to 5 staff, oversee stock management and visual merchandising, and work with leadership to build a profitable concession pad.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction
• Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration
• Work with Leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration.

WHAT WE’R LOOKING FOR:

• Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up 5 staff.
• A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
