• Previous leadership experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another fast-paced environment.
• Desire to progress into Store Manager role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• A hands-on leadership approach and willingness to lead from the front.
• Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Passionate about developing people and creating positive team cultures.
• Flexible to work across multiple stores within the Gold Coast Region as required.
