Job summary

Best&Less Brisbane City Region is looking for a Manager in Training to grow into a Store Manager role within our expanding Brisbane City Region stores. You’ll lead with energy, foster a customer-first mindset, and gain hands-on experience across stock management, merchandising, rostering and store operations.

You will be mentored by experienced leaders as you develop leadership capability, coaching teams and driving sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Developing the skills and experience needed to become a successful Store Manager.
• Delivering exceptional customer experiences by leading with energy, positivity, and a customer-first mindset.
• Building strong leadership capability through coaching, mentoring, and supporting team members.
• Learning all aspects of successful store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, rostering, and productivity.
• Supporting sales growth and developing a strong understanding of key commercial drivers.
• Maintaining high standards across the sales floor and back-of-house operations.
• Leading with pace and adaptability in a fast-moving retail environment.
