kikki.K in Robina is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead our refreshed store vision. You will guide the team, deliver a customer‑driven experience and help launch our new product range with energy and style.

You will coach staff, manage rosters, support visual merchandising, and push sales while maintaining brand standards. The role offers career development, a supportive culture, and strong incentives as we grow with Brandbank.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams in fast-paced retail environments.
• Ability to drive sales while managing budgets and wage targets.

• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
• An eye for detail, with a talent for Visual Merchandising and expressing your creativity.
• Exposure to high stock volumes and stock management.
