Job summary

Elders Rural Services Australia Limited is seeking a Retail Sales Representative for our Moura team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will support the branch’s retail team with logistics, stock receiving and dispatch, and deliver exceptional customer service to build lasting client relationships.

As part of Elders, you will leverage product knowledge to grow the business, meet KPIs, and explore new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in retail or B2B settings.
• Ability to build relationships with clients.
• Valid driver’s license; forklift/HD licenses preferred.
• Knowledge of rural products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients by recommending Elders products and services to enhance their business growth.
• Proactively source new business opportunities to meet KPIs and targets.
• Support inventory management, including stocktake and safe dispatch of rural products.
• Process sales transactions and prepare sales quotes for clients.
• Provide a complete delivery service, ensuring timely and efficient distribution of rural products.
• Assist with storage, handling, and receiving of stock, adhering to safety standards.

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to join our Moura team on a permanent, full-time basis. As a Retail Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Branch's retail team. You will be responsible for providing logistics support, including the safe receiving and dispatching of stock, while leveraging your expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients will be essential as you explore new opportunities for them. Supported by the extensive Elders network, you will have access to the necessary tools and resources to grow and advance in your career.

• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• A heavy rigid truck license is preferred, with support available to obtain one.
• A forklift license is preferred, with support available to obtain one.
