Drummond Golf Mitcham is seeking casual team members to cover the busy Christmas trading period and possibly extend into 2027. You will help golfers of all abilities find the right equipment and enjoy an exceptional in-store experience.

Our Mitcham store is looking for Casual Team Members to assist over the busy Christmas trading period and possibly early into 2027. We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused professionals who enjoy providing a great customer experience for our customers, love golf and have good availability over the specified period.

As part of our team, you'll help golfers of all abilities find the right equipment, improve their game, and enjoy an exceptional in-store experience.

We're looking for someone who:

• Builds strong relationships and delivers outstanding customer service.
• Has a genuine passion for golf and enjoys helping customers find the best equipment for their needs.
• Loves sales and is motivated to achieve and exceed targets.
• Thrives in a hands-on retail environment and enjoys all aspects of store operations, including merchandising, stock management, customer fittings, database growth, repairs, and ongoing product training.
• Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to the store culture.
