Job summary

Petstock Group is seeking a customer-focused team member for our Warrnambool store. You will assist customers with pet care advice, complete sales, and help create a welcoming shopping environment. Learn about a wide range of pet products and services while contributing to store goals.

Qualifications

• A passion for animals and providing the best customer service.
• Experience in a similar retail environment.
• Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales target.
• Able to lift products up to 20kg.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team.
