Job summary

Black Pepper Mt Hutton is seeking a friendly Part-Time Retail Assistant to join our team. You’ll welcome customers, offer personalised styling advice and help create a welcoming, visually appealing store.

Every shift varies as you assist customers with outfits they love, process transactions accurately, replenish stock and support visual merchandising to hit store targets. We value community and teamwork, provide up to 50% staff discounts, in-store incentives and training to grow your styling

Qualifications

• Loves fashion and helps customers look and feel their best.
• Previous customer service or retail experience.
• Enjoys working in a friendly, supportive team.

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

• Loves fashion and enjoys helping customers look and feel their best
• Has previous customer service or retail experience
• Enjoys working as part of a friendly, supportive team
• Can adapt their approach to suit each customer
• Has excellent communication and people skills
• Can commit to an agreed part-time shift pattern, with some flexibility during busy trading periods
• Brings a positive, enthusiastic and can-do attitude to every shift
