Totally Workwear Hoxton Park is hiring a friendly Retail Assistant to help tradies and customers find the right gear. You’ll handle service, sales, stock presentation, and assist with stock replenishment in a fast-paced store with a rotating 7-day roster.

Starting as a casual and moving to permanent part-time after probation, the role requires 15–25 hours per week. Availability across all seven days is preferred to cover trading hours.

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a superstar Retail Assistant who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and genuinely enjoys helping tradies and customers find the right gear for the job! You’ll be the face of our store — advising customers, processing sales, keeping the shop floor looking sharp, and pitching in wherever the team needs a hand.

Please note: this role requires availability across all 7 days of the week, as our roster operates on a rotating basis to cover trading hours. If you’re after a fixed Monday–Friday role, this one won’t be the right fit — but if flexibility works for you, read on.

The successful candidate will commence as a casual and transition to permanent part time upon successful completion of probation period.
