Job summary

Petstock Group in Sydney's Melrose Park is seeking a passionate Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, share pet-care knowledge, and help customers find the best products for their pets.

You will complete sales transactions, keep the store tidy, stay up to date on products, and contribute to a friendly, safety‑minded team. Applicants should be able to lift up to 20 kg, work weekends, and thrive in a busy retail environment.

A Peek Into Your Petstock Day

• Provide exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions
• Through the knowledge you gain, you will inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets
• Complete memorable sales transactions, aiming to reach set store sales goals
• Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation while ensuring that new stock is promptly and accurately displayed whilst also ensuring we are replenishing our stock
• Demonstrate initiative by actively keeping your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services current
• Contribute to a fun, supportive culture instore where the team loves coming to work each and every day
• Strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team
