Job summary

Brand Collective is seeking an enthusiastic Casual Retail Assistant to join our team in Orange, NSW. You’ll help customers find outfits, share styling ideas and maintain appealing in-store displays as part of a friendly, energy-driven team.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in fashion and helping customers feel confident.
• Experience in retail sales or another customer-facing role.
• A friendly, approachable personality and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work an agreed casual shift pattern, including availability during busy trading periods and weekends as required.

You’ll ideally bring:

• Experience in retail sales or another customer-facing role.
• A friendly, approachable personality and strong communication skills.
• The ability to understand customer needs and tailor your approach accordingly.
• A positive attitude, reliability and a willingness to learn.
• Confidence working towards sales targets and contributing to team success.
• Flexibility to work an agreed casual shift pattern, including availability during busy trading periods and weekends as required.
