Job summary

Brumby's Bakery in Townsville is seeking a retail sales assistant for our Parkside Plaza Kirwan & Annandale outlets. This role suits a high-energy individual with a minimum of 1 year experience in food handling, bakery, or retail.

Duties include customer service, merchandising, store setup, food preparation and cleaning across both bakeries. Early starts from 6am with minimum 3-hour shifts; shifts finish around 6pm. Flexible rostering with 10–25 hours per week, with more during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with food handling/bakery/retail preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.

What's on offer:-

Diverse roles across 2 bakeries in Townsville which includes duties such as customer service, merchandising/store setup, food preparation, retail merchandising & cleaning

Early starts may be required from 6am - minimum 3 hour shifts. Last shifts finish at approx. 6pm.

Flexible rostering - various positions with approximate hours from 10-25 hours per week depending on your availability matching business requirements. More hours are available during peak periods.
