Job summary

Ringers Western is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to create a welcoming in-store experience and support daily store operations. You will build product knowledge, contribute to sales targets, and work with a passionate team representing the brand.

You will welcome customers, help them find products, handle transactions, and assist with stock and merchandising, all while maintaining store standards and safety practices. Prior retail experience is valued but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service or sales experience is highly regarded but not essential.

• Handle customer enquiries and concerns professionally and promptly
• Keep the store clean, organised and visually appealing
• Assist with visual merchandising and product displays
• Process sales, returns and exchanges accurately using the point-of-sale system
• Receive, unpack, replenish and organise stock
• Assist with stocktakes and inventory checks
• Report stock shortages, discrepancies or other issues to the Store Manager
• Follow store procedures and workplace health and safety requirements
• Arrive prepared and on time for every rostered shift

As a Retail Sales Assistant, you'll help create a welcoming and memorable in-store experience for every customer. You'll support the day-to-day operations of the store, build your product knowledge, contribute to sales targets and work alongside a passionate team that takes pride in representing the Ringers Western brand.
