Baby Bunting in Auburn is seeking a friendly part-time team member to engage with new and expectant parents, offering personalised product recommendations and demonstrations.

You will help maintain stock levels, ensure the store looks inviting, and adapt to a rotating roster of shifts including weekends. Prior customer service experience is preferred and an approachable, supportive attitude is essential.

Employment Type - Permanent Part-Time Roster - Tuesday 12:30pm-5:30pm | Friday 12:00pm-5:00pm | Sunday 12:00pm-5:00pm

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

• Customer Engagement – Connect with and understand the needs of new and expectant parents, providing personalised assistance and product recommendations.
• Product Demonstration – Guide customers through product features and benefits, ensuring they make informed choices.
• Stock Management – Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the store is well-presented and organised.
• Flexible Scheduling – Work a rotating roster of flexible shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

You’re a proactive and approachable individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You have a genuine passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer service.

What You Bring To The Team

• Prior Customer Service Experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High Standards in customer service and store presentation.
• Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height. Ability to wear a headset to communicate with the team on the shop floor. Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
