Lotte Duty Free Group is hiring Sales Crew members for its Brisbane Airport store on a full-time basis. You will deliver exceptional service, drive sales and promote a wide range of luxury and duty-free brands to international travelers.

Join a fast-paced, team-based environment with ongoing training, a commission program and staff discounts. Availability to work weekends and public holidays is required.

Formación

• Proven experience in retail, sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional and vibrant personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• RSA certification.
• Second language is highly regarded but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner.
• Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems.
• Promote promotions and product information to customers.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across Lotte Duty Free brands.
• Keep shelves stocked, organized and presented to a high standard.
• Adhere to customer purchase conditions and airport safety procedures.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Crew members to join our retail team at Brisbane Airport on a full-time basis.

In this fast-paced airport retail environment, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to international travelers while supporting store sales and daily operations. You will engage with customers, and promote our wide range of global brands across beauty, liquor, confectionary, and luxury products.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy retail environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner
• Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems
• Communicate current promotions and product information to customers
• Maintain excellent product knowledge across Lotte Duty Free’s brand portfolio
• Ensure shelves are well stocked, organised, and presented to a high standard
• Ensure adherence to customer purchase conditions and airport safety procedures.

• Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional and vibrant personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
• Ability to speak a second language (highly regarded but not essential)

DETAILS OF THE ROLE

• Location: Brisbane International Airport
• Full time position: 76 hours’ fortnightly
• Casual position: up to 60 hours' fortnightly
• 2 week rotating roster
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays
