Job summary

Lotte Duty Free is seeking a passionate Beauty Advisor at Brisbane Airport to deliver luxury beauty experiences to international travellers. The role focuses on expert knowledge across cosmetics, skincare and fragrance, with a personal, service-driven approach.

This part-time position offers a friendly team, store discounts and training programs, with a rotating schedule including weekends and public holidays. RSA certification and a second language are desirable assets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner
• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalised beauty consultations

• Provide expert product knowledge across cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance
• Maintain high standards of visual presentation and stock levels

ABOUT YOU

• Proven retail/sales experience in beauty, fragrance, or cosmetics
• Excellent communication skills and vibrant personality
• Demonstrated passion for beauty, fragrance and skincare products
• RSA certification and ability to speak a second language (desirable but not essential)

DETAILS OF THE ROLE

• Location: Brisbane Airport
• Part time position: up to 60 hours' fortnightly
• 2 week rotating roster
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold full Australian working rights.

It is recommended to have your own form of reliable transport due to the early/late hours of work.
