Lotte Duty Free at Melbourne Airport is seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Crew to deliver exceptional customer service to international travellers. You will promote a wide range of beauty, liquor, confectionary, and luxury products while processing sales and supporting daily operations.

This full-time role involves a 2-week rotating roster, weekend availability, and a friendly team environment with training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional and vibrant personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• RSA certification is required.
• Ability to speak a second language is highly regarded but not essential.

Responsabilités

We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Crew members to join our team at Melbourne Airport.

In this fast-paced airport retail environment, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to international travellers while supporting store sales and daily operations. You will engage with customers, and promote our wide range of global brands across beauty, liquor, confectionary, and luxury products. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy retail environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner
• Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems
• Communicate current promotions and product information to customers
• Maintain excellent product knowledge across Lotte Duty Free’s brand portfolio
• Ensure shelves are well stocked, organised, and presented to a high standard
• Ensure adherence to customer purchase conditions and airport safety procedures

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is required

DETAILS OF THE ROLE

• Location: Melbourne Airport
• Full time position: 76 hours’ fortnightly
• Part time and casual positions: up to 60 hours’ fortnightly
• 2 week rotating roster
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays

ELIGIBILITY

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold full Australian working rights, and pass required customs and police clearances.

It is essential to have your own form of reliable transport due to the early/late hours of work.
