Job summary

Adairs is seeking friendly, customer-focused team members to join our casual retail team in Queensland. You will help customers weave their story of home, provide styling advice and deliver a memorable shopping experience.

Working with a supportive team, you’ll assist with merchandising, stock control and day-to-day store activities while building lasting customer connections and contributing to store success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a customer focused environment (ideally retail).
• Passion for creating wow for each and every one of our customers (and know how to do this effortlessly).
• Eye for detail; texture, colour, tone and love creating solutions for customers.
• You’re a team player and are excited by contributing to the bigger goals.
• Outstanding teamwork commitment.

Responsibilities

• Creating a customer experience that is engaging, insightful and memorable.
• Consulting with customers around their styling solutions and making recommendations that complement their home.
• Contributing to the success of the overall stores’ performance.
• Assisting with Visual Merchandising.
• Stock management and control.
• Supporting the team and helping everyone become successful.
