Job summary

Adairs is seeking a casual Retail Team member to help deliver an exceptional customer experience and bring our home story to life.

You will consult with customers on styling solutions, contribute to store performance, assist with visual merchandising, and help with stock management while supporting the team.

Previous customer-focused retail experience is preferred; you should be a team player with an eye for detail and a passion for creating WOW for every customer.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-focused environment (ideally retail).
• Eye for detail; texture, colour, tone, and love creating solutions for customers.
• You’re a team player and are excited by contributing to the bigger goals.
• Outstanding teamwork commitment.

Responsibilities

• Creating a customer experience that is engaging, insightful and memorable.
• Consulting with customers around their styling solutions and making recommendations that complement their home.
