Job summary

Adairs Retail Group is seeking a customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team on casual hours. You will help create memorable shopping experiences and support with styling advice, stock management and store tasks.

In this role you will engage with customers, make recommendations, assist with Visual Merchandising, and collaborate with the team to drive store performance. Training and development via Adairs Academy are available to help you grow within the business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a customer focused environment (ideally retail)
• Eye for detail and a passion for delivering great customer service
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow within the Adairs Academy
• Ability to support Visual Merchandising and stock management

Responsibilities

• Creating a customer experience that is engaging, insightful and memorable
• Consulting with customers around styling solutions and making recommendations that complement their home
• Contributing to the success of the overall store's performance
• Assisting with Visual Merchandising
