As a Range & Space Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how customers experience our stores. You'll lead the strategic direction for how products are presented, ensuring layouts are designed and optimised to enhance visibility, efficiency and customer engagement. Your leadership translates business strategy into practical, data driven frameworks that elevate the shopping experience while supporting sustainable commercial growth.
You are a commercially minded, strategic problem solver who blends design thinking with analytical rigour. You thrive in dynamic environments and are energised by the challenge of balancing customer needs, commercial priorities and operational realities. With strong stakeholder influence and a deep understanding of retail dynamics, you create clarity, empower your team and build confidence across the organisation.
