Job summary

seek.com.au is seeking a clinically focused community Pharmacist to join a busy retail Pharmacy Group in the Whitsunday Region. You will be committed to patient counselling and using your clinical knowledge to provide optimal healthcare solutions.

We are looking for a full-time candidate with experience; remuneration will be based on experience. The role offers an hourly rate of $40–$45 and an annual salary between $89,920 and $102,752, exclusive of superannuation.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration with current license.
• At least two years of experience in a community pharmacy.
• Strong communication and patient counselling skills.
• Willingness to counsel patients and provide tailored input.
• Immunisation/vaccination experience preferred.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity for a clinically focused community Pharmacist, who is committed to patient counselling, to join a busy retail Pharmacy Group in the Whitsunday Region.

We are looking for a full-time candidate, with experienced pharmacists.

Remuneration will be based on your experience and qualifications.

$40 - $45 per hour.

$89,920 to $102,752 exclusive of superannuation.

Required skills and experience

We are looking for a person who loves to laugh, smile and enjoy their day, as well as encourage and inspire those around them. To be successful in this role you will need to be an AHPRA registered Pharmacist, and demonstrate the following:

• AHPRA registration.
• Have at least two years of experience for the role.
• Self-motivation and eagerness to join a vibrant team environment.
• Willingness to go the extra mile with a desire to counsel patients with your up-to-date pharmaceutical and clinical knowledge.
• Enjoying getting to know patients on a personal level, providing them with tailored input to help them with their health concerns, needs, and goals.
• Ability to clearly communicate and demonstrate a solid understanding of medication management.
• Immunisation/vaccination preferred, however, not essential.
