Job summary

PHARMAPAY PTY LTD at LiveLife Airlie Beach 7 Day Pharmacy is seeking a clinically focused community Pharmacist to join our busy retail group. This full-time, permanent role offers remuneration based on experience and qualifications.

You will counsel patients, apply your clinical knowledge, and participate in PPI programs and forward dispensing services while working with a supportive team including an intern.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Minimum of two years of experience in community pharmacy.
• Strong patient counselling and clinical knowledge.
• Immunisation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients and advise on health and medication management.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services and forward dispensing.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team including interns.
• Participate in weekend rosters as required.

An exciting opportunity for a clinically focused community Pharmacist, who is committed to patient counselling, to join a busy retail Pharmacy Group. We are looking for a full-time candidate, with experienced pharmacists welcome to apply for the position. Remuneration will be based on your experience and qualifications.

• Proactively engaging, advising, and enriching the lives of our customers and patients.
• Using your clinical knowledge, skills, and experience to provide optimal healthcare solutions.
• Actively implementing PPI programs and forward dispensing services.
• Being an active and motivating member of the pharmacy team.
• Working with other pharmacists and an intern.
• DAA (webster pack) checking

Required skills and experience

• AHPRA registration
• Have at least two years of experience for the role
• Self-motivation and eagerness to join a vibrant team environment.
• Willingness to go the extra mile with a desire to counsel patients with your up-to-date pharmaceutical and clinical knowledge.
• Enjoying getting to know patients on a personal level, providing them with tailored input to help them with their health concerns, needs, and goals.
• Ability to clearly communicate and demonstrate a solid understanding of medication management.
• Immunisation/vaccination preferred, however, not essential.

We operate 7 days per week so your roster may include weekend shifts.
