• Lead, coach, and develop a team in cleaning, trolley collection and waste support.
• Create rosters to cover daily tasks and operations.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership to identify challenges and priorities.
• Track hours and attendance, manage absences, and ensure policy compliance.
• Order consumables and maintain budget for cleaning supplies.
• Contribute hands-on to keep day-to-day activities running smoothly.
