Job summary

Woolworths Group is seeking a hands-on Team Leader for Proactive Services across stores in Sydney. You will lead a team responsible for cleaning, trolley collection and waste management, while ensuring daily operations run smoothly and safely.

You will roster staff, monitor attendance, manage consumables, and work with Store Leadership to tackle challenges and priorities. A flexible schedule across mornings, days, evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.
• Experience in rostering and attendance tracking.
• Experience with budgeting for consumables.
• Physically able to perform demanding tasks.
• Valid Australian driver-license is essential for trolley collection.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team within cleaning, trolley collection and waste support.
• Create a roster to ensure daily tasks and operations are covered.
• Collaborate with Store Leadership to identify challenges and priorities.
• Complete time and attendance for team members and manage absences.
• Order consumables and manage budgets for your stores.
• Provide hands-on operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
