Job summary

Sales Team Providers (STP) is seeking a friendly Retail Merchandiser to join our Trade Partners team in Balmain NSW. In this casual role you’ll work with a Brand Representative to set up engaging product displays, maintain merchandising standards, and build strong relationships with stores.

This position offers local, flexible hours with a Tuesday and Wednesday availability requirement, a driver’s license and own vehicle, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service preferred.
• Active and valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle.
• Availability every Tuesday and Wednesday is a MUST.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Organizational skills and keen eye for detail.
• Willingness to embrace flexibility and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with the Brand Representative to support sales performance in the territory.
• Create, build, and maintain quality Point of Sale displays in store.
• Talk to stores about additional promotional space.
• Report tasks and good photos daily via StoreTrack App.

Must be available Tuesday and Wednesday with the ability to flex up and down as the team needs avg. 12hrs per week

Requirements

What we're looking for:

• Experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service is preferred
• Active and valid Driver’s license and access to your own reliable vehicle (Learner's Permit NOT accepted)
• Availability every Tuesday and Wednesday A MUST
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships within stores
• Organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• A willingness to embrace flexibility and work autonomously, with a positive attitude!
