Job summary

Ampol City Cabs Mackay is seeking aRetail Manager to oversee daily operations of our Mackay retail/service station. Lead and support the team, uphold customer service standards, and ensure workplace safety and food hygiene compliance. Salary range: $75,000 - $85,000 + Super.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or higher, at least one year of managerial experience, and proven ability to meet sales targets while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• A Diploma level or higher in any discipline is required.
• At least one year relevant full time experience at manager level is required.
• Australian full-work rights.
• Experience in food service industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Staff management and service standards.
• Recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff.
• Payroll management.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop and implement retail pricing policies and strategies.
• Maintain stock levels and purchasing records.
• Develop promotional and marketing activities (online and on-site).
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports; ensure OH&S compliance.
