Qualifications

• Proven leadership capability in fast-paced retail/food service environments.
• Strong communication and organisational skills to manage teams and daily operations.
• Experience with inventory control, stock ordering, and supplier relations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and team performance
• Manage rostering, inventory, stock orders, and supplier relations
• Implement and monitor promotional, pricing, and merchandising strategies
• Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS, and business standards
• Lead, train, and support a small team of staff
• Manage budgeting, payroll, and reporting
• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle client feedback
