Job summary

Harvey Norman in Osborne Park, WA is seeking a passionate Retail Manager for the Flooring Team to deliver Great Service, Always! to customers. Full-time, 38 hours per week, with base earnings guaranteed between $80,500 and $85,000.

Location: 469-475 Scarborough Beach Road, Osborne Park. You will lead a team, drive sales, coach staff, and provide an exceptional customer experience while working flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
• Excellent merchandising and product knowledge in flooring is preferred.
• Proven track record of driving sales and maintaining store standards.

What we require:

• Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business
• A high level of Flooring product knowledge such as carpets, timber floors and tiles to support customer queries
• Must be able to measure, draw, read plans and sell flooring products in home
• Current driver's license and own mode of transport preferable car is essential
• Experience in retail management with an excellent sales track record
• Have the ability to maximize sales, assist with coaching, leading and motivating an enthusiastic team
• Ability to service your customers while managing work tasks around their needs
• Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving
• Experience of resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
• Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late-night trades
