Job summary

Spotlight Ltd is seeking a motivated retail leader to join our Australasia-wide team. In this role you will support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive sales growth, and lead a high-performing team committed to exceptional customer service.

You will monitor stock, plan campaigns, manage visual merchandising, and uphold Spotlight's standards while maintaining a strong focus on profitability and stock integrity across your department.

Qualifications

• Strong retail leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to manage time effectively and drive KPI targets.
• Experience in visual merchandising and stock control.
• Capable of handling high volumes of stock with accuracy.
• IT competency across store systems and reporting.
• First Aid certification or willingness to be trained (fully funded).

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations.
• Monitor daily stock recovery in your department.
• Achieve sales growth and meet department KPI targets.
• Build your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Lead by example in all areas.
• Manage high volume stock processes.
• Execute department Visual Merchandising and standards.
• Plan and launch catalogue campaigns.
• Drive stock integrity initiatives to increase department profit.
