salt&pepper & The Custom Chef is seeking a store leader for MYER Toowoomba who will coach teams, own commercial results and ensure every customer leaves with more than they expected. You’ll bring retail leadership, a sharp commercial mind and a passion for home, styling or entertaining.

You'll style and tell stories around our ranges, build baskets, create a premium, welcoming store experience and drive sales, ATV and IPS through expertise and genuine care, not pressure.

You lead the store like it's your own at MYER Toowoomba.

A natural coach and brand custodian, you'll build a high-performing team, own the commercial results, and make sure every customer who walks in leaves with more than they expected in the best way.

What You'll Be Doing

• Bringing our range to life through styling, storytelling and genuine product knowledge
• Helping customers build baskets naturally, from the one item they came in for, to the full look they didn't know they needed
• Creating a store experience that feels premium, curated and welcoming
• Hitting commercial targets (sales, ATV, IPS) the salt&pepper & Custom Chef way, through expertise and care, never pressure
