Job summary

Access Seafood Pty Ltd / Fish and Fowl in Katoomba, NSW, is seeking a motivated Retail Manager to lead our seafood store and develop your career in the Australian retail industry. Key responsibilities

• Cash management
• Establishing product mix, stock management and service standards
• Ensuring effective day-to-day management of the store whilst achieving targets
• Financial management, including inventory management and increasing sales
• Assisting to drive cultural change
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Promoting and managing the store and its services
• Selecting and training the staff
• Making sure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations within store

About you

• Experience in retail environment
• Experience in a management
• A head for figures, experience managing budgets and targets, and other financial aspects
• A high level of retail seafood awareness
• Exceptional interpersonal and people management skills
• Leadership, customer service, outstanding communication skills, self-driven with outstanding managerial skills with minimum of Diploma /Bachelor qualification in the similar stream
