Job summary

Dunelm Mansfield is looking for a Sales Assistant - Host to greet customers, understand what they’re searching for and help them bring their home ideas to life on the shop floor.

You’ll be at the heart of our store, delivering friendly, proactive service, assisting across departments, processing orders for Click & Collect and Home Delivery, and keeping displays tidy and inviting. This role is part-time (12 hours per week) with pay rates for 18+ at £12.71 per hour and 16–17 at £8.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to upsell and guide customers to appropriate products.
• Comfort with using store systems for stock checks and orders.
