Dunelm is looking for a Sales Assistant to support Click & Collect orders at our store. The role is 24 hours per week, with pay rates for 18+ at £12.71 per hour and for 16-17 at £8.00 per hour. You’ll greet customers, locate items, and process orders using handheld devices and sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, accurate Click & Collect service with a friendly greeting.
• Locate products from shop floor and warehouse and ensure correct items are prepared.
• Use handheld devices and printers to manage orders and labels.
• Keep back-of-house storage neat and stocked for easy retrieval.
• Support customers and colleagues to create a positive store experience.
• Handle daily courier drops and prepare parcels for collection.
