Job summary

The Lottery Corporation is building the next chapter of entertainment in Australia, connecting customer experience, retailer needs and commercial priorities through Retail Technology. As Retail Experience Lead, you will set the strategic direction for technology supporting our retail network and drive outcomes that deliver real value.

You will lead Product, Design and Business Analysis teams, partner with Retail, Marketing, Digital and Technology, and turn business priorities into tangible

Qualifications

• Significant experience across Product, Digital, Technology Strategy or Retail Technology.
• Experience owning strategies and roadmaps across multiple products or platforms.
• Strong commercial judgement and portfolio prioritisation capability.
• Experience across retail, loyalty, customer engagement or digital commerce.
• Proven ability to influence senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary Product, Design and Analysis teams.
• A customer-led, data-informed approach to decision-making.
• Strong people leadership and capability-building skills.

Our Retail Technology team enables the retail network through the technology behind retail selling, membership, personalisation and retailer support. Working across Retail Distribution, Marketing and Digital, the team creates connected experiences that support customer engagement, retail performance and operational efficiency.

As our Retail Experience Lead, you’ll set the strategic direction for the technology that supports our retail network, connecting customer experience, retailer needs and commercial priorities with the technology required to bring them to life.
