Job summary

Repco Sunshine is seeking a Retail Coordinator to drive presentation, merchandising and customer service at our Sunshine showroom. You will create promotion displays, adjust planograms and ensure stock levels meet showroom needs while delivering top-quality service to customers.

The role involves lifting and bending as part of daily duties, and requires collaboration with the team to maintain safe, welcoming store standards and on-brand presentation.

Qualifications

• Retail merchandising experience advantageous
• Able to follow planograms and promotions accurately
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Create & manage promotion displays and product placement
• Maintain store standards, merchandising, and dressing the showroom
• Assist customers at the counter and showroom with friendly, accurate service
• Process stock: receive, dispatch & stockroom upkeep; ensure showroom is well stocked
