Repco in Osborne Park is seeking a Retail Coordinator to drive in-store excellence through promotion displays, product placement and customer service. You will handle merchandising, store presentation, and assist customers at the counter and showroom.

This hands-on role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and learning with comprehensive training. No automotive experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Create & manage promotion displays, product placement, merchandising, store presentation, and customer service.
• Assist customers at the counter and in the showroom.
• Maintain store standards, including presentation & merchandising, planogram changes, dressing the store & in-store promotions.
• Process stock receipts, dispatch & store, and ensure showroom is well stocked.
• Be an enthusiastic, cooperative & collaborative team member.
