Repco is seeking a Retail Team Leader to drive showroom presentation, lead a team, and manage planograms across a large-format store. You will oversee merchandising standards, promotions, and staff development in a fast-paced automotive aftermarket environment.

The role requires leadership, strong visual merchandising skills, and availability to work Tuesday to Saturday, with a focus on safety and customer experience. Training and career development are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in large format retail environments.
• Ability to manage displays, planograms and promotions.
• Roster availability Tuesday to Saturday or as discussed with Manager.
