Job summary

National Pumping & Irrigation – Nambour QLD is seeking a Retail Sales & Dispatch Storeperson to join our Nambour branch. You’ll be the face of The Pump House, helping customers find the right products and ensuring the store looks welcoming.

Role involves in-store and phone service, fast, accurate sales processing via POS, product advice, and assisting dispatch with deliveries and stock. Forklift licence preferred and a driver’s licence is required.

Qualifications

• Related industry knowledge or trade qualification highly regarded.
• Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
• Driver's licence and forklift licence (preferred).
• Versatility to work across retail and dispatch areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, helpful, and professional service in-store and over the phone.
• Process sales quickly and accurately through our POS system - training provided.
• Offer product advice and solutions - training provided.
• Provide leads to our project sales teams from customer enquiries.
• Process and dispatch deliveries and stock.
• Work across both the shop floor and dispatch area, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Work as part of a tight-knit, reliable and supportive team.
