Job summary

Trinity Petroleum is seeking a friendly Casual Customer Service Attendant for our Atherton site. You’ll engage customers, handle tills, and ensure the store looks inviting. You’ll also assist with food prep while upholding safety standards and maintaining a clean, well-presented environment.

Ideal candidates are passionate about customer service, work well in a team, and can lift up to 20 kg as needed. 18+ with Australian work entitlement is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Ability to lift items up to 20 kg as part of the duties.
• Must be eligible to work in Australia and be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, exceptional customer service on every shift.
• Operate the till, handling cash and card transactions accurately.
• Prepare and handle food in line with hygiene standards.
• Keep the site clean, organized and well-presented.
• Merchandise and rotate stock to maintain full shelves.
