Specsavers Pty. Ltd. in Warwick is offering a casual Optical Assistant role that kicks off with friendly customer service, greeting customers, guiding them through bookings, and supporting our eyecare team during appointments.

You will learn to take patients through pre-testing, help with frame selection, and ensure a smooth, positive experience. The role provides paid training, career progression, and opportunities to study for an Optical Dispensing Cert IV with full funding.

Responsibilities

• Greet, Guide & Book: Be the first friendly face customers see, assist with their queries, and manage bookings to ensure they're all set for their next visit.
• Support the Experts: Learn to take patients through the pre-testing phase of their eye exam and assist our Optometrists to ensure smooth and efficient appointments.
• Frame Styling Specialist: Dispense glasses with a range of lens options tailored to each customers' needs
• Customer Experience Champion: Be our customer experience champion and help us ensure that our customers leave feeling good.
