Job summary

Specsavers Victoria Torquay is seeking a full-time Optical Dispenser to enhance the patient journey in-store. You will interpret prescriptions, assist with frame styling and measurements, and perform quality checks to ensure customers receive exactly what they need. Ongoing training and a clear path for career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in optics and customer-facing roles.
• Cert IV in Optical Dispensing preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

• Perform quality checks and adjustments before collection.

• Prescription Pro: Use your expertise to interpret and analyse prescriptions with precision, ensuring every customer gets exactly what they need.
• Frame Styling Specialist: Help customers select the ideal lens types for their prescription and take accurate measurements for a perfect fit.
• Quality Control Expert: Perform thorough checks and adjustments to spectacles, ensuring everything is just right before collection.
• Customer Experience Champion: Deliver unrivalled customer service and stay up to date on promotions and products and confidently explain contact lens specs and suitability.
