Job summary

Accent Group Limited's HOKA Harbour Town store is hiring a driven Assistant Store Manager to lead daily retail operations in a high-volume environment. You will drive sales, lead the team on the shop floor, and ensure brand standards while coaching staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The role offers a full-time schedule (38 hours, Sunday–Thursday) and opportunities for career growth within Accent Group brands, supported by ongoing training and product activations.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Senior Team Leader in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Hands-on leader with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Passionate about coaching, developing and motivating teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations, delivering strong sales results and brand standards.
• Lead the team on the shop floor, role modelling exceptional customer service and HOKA brand behaviours.
• Assist in driving sales, KPIs and individual team performance through coaching and feedback.
• Support rostering and wage management in line with business targets and GRIA compliance.
• Help recruit, onboard and train new team members.
• Coach and develop team members to build capability and support succession planning.
• Champion a positive, inclusive store culture that drives engagement and high team morale.
• Support local community activations and in-store events.
• Ensure compliance with OH&S legislation and company policies at all times.
