Job summary

Simon Curwood Jewellers Pty in Australia’s premium jewellery market seeks a PART-TIME SALES PROFESSIONAL for our PACIFIC FAIR Showroom. If you have a passion for jewellery and delivering exceptional customer service, join our professional team.

You will help clients select pieces, maintain display standards, and contribute to sales targets. Weekend and evening availability is required to support a luxurious, high-end shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of jewellery is advantageous.
• Strong communication and organisation skills are required.
• Experience achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs is desirable.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to create in-store displays and maintain presentation standards.
• Ability to guide clients with product knowledge.
• Basic computer skills including POS and spreadsheets.
• Confident, outgoing appearance and rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to valued clients.
• Create and maintain high presentation standards in-store.
• Assist clients in selecting jewellery pieces and provide product knowledge.
• Build rapport with new and existing clients and drive sales.
• Support display creation and seasonal layouts to attract customers.
