LagardèreAWPL is hiring a Casual Retail Assistant for Alice Springs Airport. You will provide friendly customer service, help customers choose products, and ensure the store runs smoothly in a fast-paced travel environment.

You'll join a vibrant team at the airport, with training provided for product knowledge and sales techniques. Availability includes early mornings, weekends, and holidays, with perks like staff discounts and park facilities.

We’re looking for a Casual Retail Assistant to join our team at Alice Springs Airport. If you love customer service, fast‑paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!

Availability 7 days a week
Own transport neededStore operating hours: Open 8:00am - 5:30pm, working hours adapting to flight schedules

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
• Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
• Keep the store looking vibrant & well‑stocked
• Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
• Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner

• Passion for customer service & sales
• Confident communicator with a positive attitude
• Well‑groomed & professionally presented
• Retail experience? Great! But not essential—we’ll train you!
• Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
