LagardèreAWPL is seeking Casual Retail Assistants for the Launceston Airport store. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, recommend products, and help keep the store vibrant and well-stocked in a fast-paced travel environment.

Ideal candidates will have previous retail or sales experience, a confident communication style, and be available across the 7 days, including peak periods. RSA is essential to work at the airport.

Qualifikationen

• Customer service experience or aptitude for delivering great service.
• Sales enthusiasm and ability to upsell while helping customers.
• Clear and confident communication in person and on the floor.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

The Role:

The Launceston Store showcases quality, creative, Tasmanian artisan gifts and produce as well as holiday comforts, snacks and travel essentials. Everything you need whilst travelling!

We’re looking for Casual Retail Assistants to join our team at Launceston Airport. If you love customer service, fast-paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!

*Great availability across the 7 days prioritised (especially lead up to Christmas and New Year busy period)

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver outstanding customer service & expert product recommendations
• Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
• Keep the store looking vibrant & well-stocked
• Process transactions smoothly & efficiently
• Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for customer service & sales
• Confident communicator with a positive attitude
• Previous retail or sales experience
• Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends & holidays)
• Valid working rights & ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
