Job summary

Petstock Group Morley is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support a passionate team in delivering world-class customer service. You will lead by example, coach staff, and drive sales while maintaining stock integrity and VM standards.

The role offers growth opportunities within our retail operations network and a focus on people, pets, and planet-friendly practices. You will participate in recruitment, onboarding, and creating a fun, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar store leadership role or ready to take the next step up in retail management.
