Lowes is seeking a part-time Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager at Grand Central QLD with the daily running of the store and to deliver outstanding results while ensuring an amazing in-store experience for customers.

You will join a fast-paced retail environment and bring a passion for people, leadership and customer service. The role focuses on coaching, stock management, merchandising and daily operations with ongoing development opportunities in a family-oriented culture.

Competenze

• A minimum of 1 year management/supervisor experience.
• Experience in coaching and developing a team.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
• Be customer and team focused.
• Have a passion for retail.

Mansioni

• Support the Store Manager with the day to day running of the store
• Showcasing leadership behaviours to develop, motivate and inspire the team
