Specsavers is seeking a frontline team member to deliver exceptional customer service on the retail floor, assist with frame styling, and discuss detailed product information.
You will take phone calls, schedule appointments, and help fit frames to exceed customer expectations while collaborating with Optometry and Audiology teams. Training is provided for optical specifics.

A passion for providing the highest customer service and aftercare

An interest in Optical Retail and Audiology
Able to work cohesively within a team
Flexibility to work retail hours which will include late nights and weekends
Providing a high level of customer service on the retail floor and assisting with frame styling
Discussing in-depth product information
Taking phone calls and scheduling appointments
Adjusting and fitting customers frames- ensuring the product exceeds their expectations
Conducting pre-health screening and liaising with our Optometry and Audiology teams
Merchandising the store and maintaining retail standards
