Job summary

Donnybrook Fair is currently recruiting for part-time retail assistants on a fixed-term contract to join the team. You will provide service excellence to every customer, help shoppers find the right products, manage till operations and money handling, and maintain merchandising, stock levels, cleanliness and store standards.

Also you will support other departments and adhere to company guidelines and legal obligations.

Qualifications

• Previous food retail experience is an advantage.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to go the extra mile for all our customers.

• Ensure Service Excellence is provided to all customer
• Interacting with a customer in a helpful, friendly manner
• Assisting customers with finding the right solution/products if needed
• Till operations and money handling
• Merhandising and display
• Ensure stock levels are maintained
• Helping other departments across the store
• Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Maintain agreed store merchandising standards
• Complying with all relevant legal obligations
• Complying with all Company guidelines and procedures.
